We are currently seeking full-time experienced Hardscape Crew Leaders with a passion for building creative outdoor hardscape and landscape design solutions for our clients.

- Wages range from $20-$30 per hour based on experience and proven ability to meet job criteria

What You’ll Do:
- Work with our sales team, project management team, and your installation team in a fast-paced and fun environment to meet the needs of our clients
- Installation of: Paver patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, outdoor fireplaces and firepits, water features, raised garden beds, and more
- Travel to properties to provide services and installations for our clients
- Control onsite workflow management, material flow management, and project budget control
- Ensure the quality, accuracy and completeness of the projects tasked to your crew
- Learn and apply new skills and techniques
- Be the onsite point of contact for the client
- Provide onsite training to your crew
- Clean, repair, and maintain your trucks and equipment on a daily and as-needed basis
- Must complete daily reports and paperwork
What We Need From You:
- Must have a minimum of 1-2 years of hardscape installation experience including but not limited to paver installation, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens and living areas, outdoor fireplaces, water features, etc.
- 1 year of Crew Leader experience
- A strong knowledge and understanding of hardscape materials and installation methods
- Demonstrate the ability to consistently complete projects on time and on budget
- Be able to read landscape, architectural, or engineer drawings in 2D and 3D
- Be able to drive a medium-duty truck with trailer
- Possess a valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record, and be insurable on the company’s commercial vehicle policy
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
- Be able to lift 80lbs
